Returns

At Trésor we pride ourselves on delivering a high quality product, however if you believe that you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us with photos to support your claim and facilitate a speedy process.

We have a 10-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We will refund or exchange the goods at our discretion.  Please reference your order number as well as your reason for return.  Return shipping costs are the expense of the customer unless the product has been delivered damaged or faulty.

Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
