Shipping policy

All our orders are shipped via The Courier Guy from our warehouse in Johannesburg. Shipping costs will be flat rate nationally.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email with all the tracking details.

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Once your order has been collected by the courier company, it is out of our control and they will be responsible for the delivery. Please note that we take no responsibility for any theft or losses incurred during the delivery process.
